{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-108.070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 108.070","heading":"Addition of territory -- Territory in two or more counties.","body":"(1) The area of a city or of another district may be added to the area of an urban\nservices district by an agreement between the district council and the legislative\nbody of the city or governing board of another district. Territory in an\nunincorporated area m ay be added to the urban services district upon approval by\nthe council and the county judge/executive when a petition signed by fifty -one\npercent (51%) of the registered voters of that territory is filed with the county\njudge/executive.\n(2) An urban servi ces district may include territory in two (2) or more counties.
