{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-108.120","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 108.120","heading":"Oath and compensation of directors.","body":"(1) Each director, before entering upon his official duties, shall take and subscribe to an\noath that he will honestly, faithfully and impartially perform the duties of his office\nand that he will not be interested in any contract let for the purpose of effect uating\nany of the provisions of KRS 108.080 to 108.120.
