{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-11.031","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 11.031","heading":"Gift shop in New State Capitol.","body":"(1) As used in this section:\n(a) \"Resident of Kentucky\" means an individual who resides in the\nCommonwealth of Kentucky or an entity that manufactures, produces, or\notherwise makes goods within the Commonwealth; and\n(b) \"Products made in the United States\" means goods manufactured, produc ed,\nor otherwise made in the United States of America.\n(2) The Finance and Administration Cabinet may establish a gift shop in the public\nareas of the New State Capitol. All goods sold in the gift shop shall be products\nmade in the United States.
