{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-11.060","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 11.060","heading":"Governor's General Cabinet.","body":"(1) The heads of the constitutional and statutory administrative departments and\nprogram cabinet secretaries enumerated in KRS 12.020 shall constitute the\nGovernor's General Cabinet, which shall meet upon the call of the Governor. The\nGovernor shall be the cha irman and the Governor's private secretary shall serve as\nsecretary of the General Cabinet. The General Cabinet shall be attached to the\nOffice of the Governor and shall not constitute a separate department or agency of\nthe state.\n(2) The cabinet shall con sider such matters involving general administrative policies\nand procedure, relations between departments and other agencies and desirable\nmeasures of cooperation between departments and other agencies, as the Governor\nor any member may place before it; sh all advise and consult with the Governor at\nhis request on all matters affecting the welfare of the state and relating to the several\ndepartments, program cabinets and other agencies.","path":["KRS Chapter 11"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=532","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:27Z","sha256":"c1191b7031c529bfbf7aa9f259a3bf413e08c0295c987a6be7dee4b7cb1a52f4","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-11.050","next":"us-ky/krs-11.065"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
