{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-11.175","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 11.175","heading":"Each cabinet to designate small business ombudsman -- Contact","body":"information -- Annual report to Commission on Small Business Innovation\nand Advocacy.\n(1) Each cabinet secretary on the Governor's Executive Cabinet, established pursuant to\nKRS 11. 065, shall designate a small business ombudsman from among their\nrespective existing cabinet employees.\n(2) The small business ombudsman shall:\n(a) Respond to inquiries from small businesses on administrative regulations and\nother regulatory matters; and\n(b) Provide information regarding the procedure for submitting comments on\nadministrative regulations as provided by KRS 13A.270(1).\n(3) Each cabinet shall provide contact information for the cabinet's small business\nombudsman on the cabinet's Web site, inc luding the ombudsman's name, telephone\nnumber, mailing address, and e-mail address.\n(4) No later than December 1 of each year, each small business ombudsman shall\nsubmit a report to the Commission on Small Business Innovation and Advocacy,\nestablished purs uant to KRS 11.200, summarizing the number and nature of\ninquiries that the ombudsman has received from small businesses during the\nprevious twelve (12) months.","path":["KRS Chapter 11"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=51530","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:27Z","sha256":"c1a7918686eb7a254cabd0e4992aaeb55cac29af7655db61f9c3dce41afc42e6","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-11.170","next":"us-ky/krs-11.180"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
