{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-117.022","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 117.022","heading":"Judicial declaration of existence of election crisis -- Effect.","body":"The Attorney General, the Secretary of State, and the State Board of Elections, by mutual\nagreement, may petition Franklin Circuit Court to declare that an election crisis exists in a\ncounty where there is evidence of sufficient malfeasance, nonfeasance, o r criminal\nactivity to jeopardize a free and equal election in that county and to authorize the State\nBoard of Elections to assume responsibility for the management of the election in that\ncounty.
