{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-118.045","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 118.045","heading":"Display of American flag at voting location.","body":"(1) Every voting location on the day upon which any election is held shall, during\nvoting hours, display an American flag of dimensions of reasonable size, which\nshall be firmly attached to the main entrance of the voting location so that it will be\nreadily visible to the general public.\n(2) A precinct sheriff shall attach the American flag to the main entrance of the voting\nlocation upon the opening of the polls on the election day and shall remove the\nsame upon the closing of the polls.\n(3) The fiscal court o f every county shall purchase out of its general fund sufficient\nAmerican flags for every voting location in that county.
