{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-12.060","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 12.060","heading":"Department staffs.","body":"(1) The heads of statutory departments, with the approval of the secretary of personnel,\nmay establish such subordinate positions as may be necessary and make\nappointments thereto, within the limitations of their appropriations, and removals\ntherefrom. All appointees to such positions shall be under the supervision, direction,\nand control of the heads of the respective departments and shall perform such duties\nas the heads of the departments prescribe.
