{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-12.110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 12.110","heading":"Annual and biennial reports.","body":"(1) The Governor shall prepare and submit to the Legislative Research Commission\nannual reports of the finances and operations of the state and such other reports as\nthe General Assembly may prescribe or as the Governor may desire. The head of\neach statutory department shall make to the Governor an annual report and may at\nany time be required by the Governor to make any special report concerning the\nwork under his charge, with his observations and recommendations thereon and\npertinent statistics concerning the  work of the department, each of which the\nGovernor shall transmit to the Legislative Research Commission online, with such\ncomments as the Governor may desire to make. All such annual reports shall\nobserve the fiscal year of the state as the reporting yea r, and shall be published only\nto the extent ordered in writing by the Governor in accordance with KRS 57.390.\n(2) Agencies shall file all annual and biennial reports required by law to be made by\nagencies with the Governor, and a copy thereof in the offic e of the Secretary of\nState, which shall be preserved as a public record.","path":["KRS Chapter 12"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=39690","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:28Z","sha256":"feed6575ecb2a5c380b49d31b72ebda907a4aa7286d55e4490de2e6877e0fa2d","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-12.100","next":"us-ky/krs-12.112"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
