{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-12.515","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 12.515","heading":"Agency liaisons -- Duties.","body":"(1) The  following agencies shall designate a liaison to the Office for Faith-Based\nand Community Nonprofit Social Services:\n(a) The Cabinet for Health and Family Services;\n(b) The Department of Workforce Development;\n(c) The Department of Agriculture;\n(d) The Kentucky Housing Corporation;\n(e) The Education and Labor Cabinet; and\n(f) The Economic Development Cabinet.\n(2) Each  agency identified in subsection (1) of this section shall, in cooperation\nand  coordination with the Office for Faith-Based and Community  Nonprofit\nSocial Services:\n(a) Review  and evaluate existing policies that affect government funding\nopportunities for faith-based and nonprofit community organizations and\nreport to the office, within ninety (90) days of June 20, 2005, actions\nnecessary to implement KRS 12.510; and\n(b) Amend  existing policies and administrative regulations or implement new\npolicies or administrative regulations in accordance with KRS  Chapter\n13A consistent with the principles established in KRS 12.500 to 12.520.","path":["KRS Chapter 12"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=52320","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:29Z","sha256":"f7da5b5dcef81afd6ef5862eb42b4aad41223c98c0c7a5275f338cc707809b64","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-12.510","next":"us-ky/krs-12.520"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
