{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-120.260","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 120.260","heading":"Procedure for recount of election on public question.","body":"If a recount of the ballots is requested in a proceeding instituted under KRS 120.250, and\nthe court has determined that the petition presents sufficient grounds, the court shall\nimmediately order the ballots of the precincts in which the recount is demand ed sent to\nthe courthouse of the county, in a manner designated in the order, and shall designate two\n(2) commissioners to assist in the recount. One (1) of the commissioners shall represent\nthe contestant and one (1) the contestee. The attorneys represent ing the parties may be\npresent at all hearings and at the recount of the ballots.
