{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-121.130","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 121.130","heading":"Dissemination of information to candidates, treasurers, depositories and","body":"general public.\n(1) The registry shall take such steps as may be necessary to furnish timely and\nadequate information to every candidate or prospective candidate for public offic e\nwho becomes or is likely to become subject to the provisions of this chapter.
