{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-131.624","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 131.624","heading":"Appeal of exclusion from directory -- Authority for administrative","body":"regulations.\n(1) Any person aggrieved by a determination of the Attorney General to not include or\nto remove from the directory created in KRS 131.610 a brand family or tobacco\nproduct manufacturer may appeal the determination to the Franklin Circuit Court, or\nto the Circuit Court of the county in which the aggrieved party resides or conducts\nhis place of business. For the purposes of a temporary injunction sought pursuant to\nthis sub section, loss of the ability to sell tobacco products as a result of removal\nfrom the directory may be deemed to constitute irreparable harm.\n(2) No person shall be issued a license or granted a renewal of a license to act as a\ndistributor or stamping agent unless the person is in compliance with the provisions\nof KRS 131.600 to 131.630.\n(3) The Attorney General or the department may promulgate administrative regulations\nnecessary to effect the purposes of KRS 131.600 to 131.630.","path":["KRS Chapter 131"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=44708","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:22Z","sha256":"5fdb10a0fb223b12a2a9d765eb41116adf710590bf3331736f71077b2bc0e06d","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-131.622","next":"us-ky/krs-131.626"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
