{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-131.630","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 131.630","heading":"Revocation or suspension of distributor's or stamping agent's license --","body":"Civil penalties.\n(1) In addition to or in lieu of any other civil or criminal remedy provided by law, upon\na determination that a stamping agent or distributor has violated any  provision of\nKRS 131.600 to 131.630 or any administrative regulations promulgated thereunder,\nthe commissioner may revoke or suspend the license of any stamping agent or\ndistributor pursuant to KRS 138.195 and 138.205.\n(2) Each stamp affixed in violation of KRS 131.612 shall constitute a separate\nviolation.\n(3) The commissioner may impose a civil penalty of twenty -five dollars ($25) per\nviolation, not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), upon a determination of a\nviolation of KRS 131.612 or any admini strative regulations promulgated\nthereunder.
