{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-138.550","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 138.550","heading":"Suspension or revocation of race track license.","body":"In addition to all other penalties provided in KRS 138.510 to 138.540:\n(1) When the pari -mutuel system of betting is operated at a track licensed under KRS\nChapter 230, the license may be suspended, revoked, or renewal refused by the\ncorporation upon the f ailure of the operator to comply with KRS 138.510 to\n138.540 or the rules and regulations promulgated by the department pursuant\nthereto, even though the pari-mutuel system of betting and the track are operated by\ndifferent persons, corporations, or associations; and\n(2) Any advance deposit account wagering licensee that fails to remit the tax imposed\nby KRS 138.513, to remit returns required by KRS 138.530, or to maintain the\nrecords required by KRS 138.530 or administrative regulations promulgated by the\ndepartment, may have the license granted under KRS 230.260 suspended, revoked,\nor not renewed by the corporation.","path":["KRS Chapter 138"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=54685","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:30Z","sha256":"b5f1df7d5f6fde88f0a7ffb836e26db2860475335006f76c3202691a6b63ca50","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-138.540","next":"us-ky/krs-138.552"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
