{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.100","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.100","heading":"Matters which shall be prescribed by administrative regulation.","body":"Subject to limitations in applicable statutes, including KRS 13A.105 and 197.020(5), any\nadministrative body that is empowered to promulgate administrative regulations shall,  by\nadministrative regulation, prescribe, consistent with applicable statutes:\n(1) Each statement of general applicability, policy, procedure, memorandum, or other\nform of action that implements; interprets; prescribes law or policy; describes the\norganization, procedure, or practice requirements of any administrative body; or\naffects private rights or procedures available to the public;\n(2) The process for application for license, benefits available or other matters for which\nan application would be appropriate unless the process is prescribed by a statute;\n(3) Fees, except for those exempted in paragraphs (a) to (j) of this subsection, to be\ncharged by the administrative body if the fees are authorized by law and are not set\nby statute:\n(a) State park room rates;\n(b) Prices for food in restaurants at state facilities;\n(c) Prices for goods at gift shops at state facilities;\n(d) Prices for groceries and other items sold at state facilities;\n(e) Prices charged for state publications;\n(f) Prices charged for rides and amusement activities at state facilities;\n(g) Admission fees to athletic and entertainment events at state facilities;\n(h) Charges for swimming, skiing, horseback riding, and similar recreational\nactivities at state facilities;\n(i) Charges for boat and equipment rentals for recreational purposes at state\nfacilities; and\n(j) Admission fees charged for seminars and educational courses by state\nadministrative bodies;\n(4) The procedures to be utilized by the administrative body in t he conduct of hearings\nby or for the administrative body unless the procedures are prescribed by a statute;\nand\n(5) The disciplinary procedures within the jurisdiction of the administrative body\nunless the procedures are prescribed by statute.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=58087","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:30Z","sha256":"766a9666a361ffe6eee13e3726ea08c5e1ddc471fba069300bfcef914beeb147","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.090","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
