{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.331","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.331","heading":"Adoption and effective date of ordinary administrative regulation","body":"that has been referred to a legislative committee.\nA  filed ordinary administrative regulation that has not been deferred or found\ndeficient and has been referred by the Commission to a legislative committee shall\nbe considered as adopted and shall become effective:\n(1) Upon  adjournment of a meeting of a legislative committee other than the\nsubcommittee if:\n(a) The administrative regulation was on the meeting agenda; and\n(b) A quorum was present;\n(2) Upon  adjournment of a meeting of a House or Senate standing committee if:\n(a) The administrative regulation was on its meeting agenda;\n(b) A quorum was present; and\n(c) The  administrative regulation has previously been on a meeting agenda\nof the other standing committee when a quorum was present; or\n(3) At the expiration of the review period established in KRS  13A.290(7), if within\nthe review period a legislative committee has failed to meet or failed to place a\nfiled administrative regulation on a meeting agenda.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=50642","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:30Z","sha256":"ff930e9c59051dc8cfb23d5dc3206d920823687e119cfd552542888a7ffd8ae6","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.330","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.333"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
