{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.336","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.336","heading":"Annual  report on  administrative regulations found  deficient --","body":"Contents.\n(1) (a) After the last regularly scheduled meeting  of the Administrative\nRegulation Review Subcommittee in a calendar year, but by the thirty-first\nday of December  of that calendar year, the staff of the Administrative\nRegulation Review Subcommittee shall submit a report to the co-chairs of\nthat subcommittee regarding administrative regulations that were found\ndeficient by any legislative committee of the Commission  during that\ncalendar year.\n(b) The report in paragraph (a) of this subsection shall contain:\n1. Effective administrative regulations that were found deficient; and\n2. Administrative regulations filed with the Commission that were found\ndeficient.\n(2) The  report shall not contain any administrative regulation that was  found\ndeficient and:\n(a) Has been withdrawn; or\n(b) Is no longer considered deficient under KRS 13A.335.\n(3) The  report shall contain at least the following information for each\nadministrative regulation in the report:\n(a) Administrative regulation number and title;\n(b) Name  of the promulgating agency;\n(c) Date of deficiency determination;\n(d) Name  of  the  legislative committee  that made  the  deficiency\ndetermination;\n(e) Effective date, if it is in effect;\n(f) The  finding of deficiency and any other findings, recommendations, or\ncomments  sent to the Governor; and\n(g) If applicable under KRS  13A.330, the Governor's determination regarding\nthe deficiency, if received by the Commission.\n(4) The  first page of the report required by subsection (1) of this section shall\ncontain the following text, in fourteen (14) point font or larger:\n\"To  ratify the deficiency findings listed in this report, a co-chair or other\nlegislator may request that Legislative Research Commission staff prepare a\nbill:\n(a) Declaring that one (1) or more administrative regulations listed in the\nreport shall be void; or\n(b) Amending  the relevant subject matter statutes in conformity with the\nfindings of deficiency.\"","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=50644","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:30Z","sha256":"0b1d9bde9f11775c989b348f3703df776964f07d4ddf76c50753b55721d6433e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.335","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.337"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
