{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.338","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.338","heading":"Legislative finding -- Certain administrative regulations void --","body":"Prohibition against promulgating substantially similar regulations within\nspecified time.\n(1) The  General Assembly  finds that certain administrative regulations as\nevidenced by the records of the Legislative Research Commission, including\nbut not limited to the Kentucky Administrative Regulations Service and the\nAdministrative Register of Kentucky, were found deficient but became effective\nnotwithstanding the finding of deficiency, pursuant to KRS  13A.330, on or after\nMarch 27, 2002, and before March 16, 2004.\n(2) Contrary provisions of any  section of the Kentucky Revised  Statutes\nnotwithstanding, each administrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of\nthis section shall be null, void, and unenforceable as of March 16, 2004.\n(3) Contrary provisions of any  section of the Kentucky Revised  Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the administrative body shall be prohibited from promulgating\nan administrative regulation that is identical to, or substantially the same  as,\nany of the administrative regulations referenced in subsection (1) of this section\nfor a period beginning on March 16, 2004, and concluding on June 1, 2005.\n(4) A  list of the administrative regulations referenced in subsection (1) of this\nsection shall be available to the public, in the office of the Legislative Research\nCommission's regulations compiler.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=50645","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:30Z","sha256":"e7cdf46aa18753c57dffd0d98c8ad71782a560174bc506b35d56f454532e63e3","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.337","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.339"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
