{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.341","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.341","heading":"Unenforceability of 702 KAR 1:195E, Face Coverings in School Facilities,","body":"after September 9, 2021.\n(1) The General Assembly finds that 702 KAR 1:195E, Face Coverings in School Facilities,\nwas found deficient but remained effective notwithstanding the finding of deficiency\npursuant to KRS 13A.330, on or after August 17, 2021, and before September 9, 2021,\nas evidenced by records of the Legislative Research Commission.\n(2) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes notwithstanding, the\nadministrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this section shall be null, void, and\nunenforceable five (5) working days from September 9, 2021.\n(3) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes notwithstanding, the\nadministrative body shall be prohibited from promulgating an administrative regulation that\nis identical to, or substantially the same as, the administrative regulation referenced in\nsubsection (1) of this section for a period beginning on September 9,  2021, and\nconcluding on June 1, 2023.\n(4) The administrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this section shall be available\nto the public, in the office of the Legislative Research Commission's regulations compiler.\nE ffective: September 9, 2021","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=51858","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:30Z","sha256":"bb0a135fd69dbee2b4a6fcb7244adaa146233c82e665c91e7c23401632f7f25b","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.340","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.342"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
