{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.342","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.342","heading":"Unenforceability of 902 KAR 2:211E, Covering the Face in Response to","body":"Declared National or State Public Health Emergency, as of September 9, 2021.\n(1) The General Assembly finds that 902 KAR 2:211E, Covering the Face in Response to\nDeclared National or State Public Health Emergency, was found deficient and then later\nwithdrawn by the agency on June 11, 2021, as evidenced by the records of the\nLegislative Research Commission.\n(2) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes notwithstanding, the\nadministrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this section shall be null, void, and\nunenforceable as of September 9, 2021.\n(3) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes notwithstanding, the\nadministrative body shall be prohibited from promulgating an administrative regulation that\nis identical to, or substantially the same as, the administrative regulation referenced in\nsubsection (1) of this section for a period beginning on September 9, 2021, and\nconcluding on June 1, 2023.\n(4) The administrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this section shall be available\nto the public, in the office of the Legislative Research Commission's regulations compiler.\nE ffective: September 9, 2021","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=51861","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:30Z","sha256":"ab02b243ed55c2c2d84f08c6c08df79a55bd3224def17c20a3ed6bf528d9e271","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.341","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.343"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
