{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.3442","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.3442","heading":"Unenforceability of 702 KAR  1:192E, District Employee  Quarantine","body":"Leave, as of April 14, 2022.\n(1) The  General Assembly  finds that 702  KAR  1:192E, District Employee\nQuarantine Leave, was found deficient pursuant to KRS  13A.330, on or after\nMarch 30, 2021, and before April 14, 2022, as evidenced by the records of the\nLegislative Research Commission.\n(2) Contrary provisions of any  section of the Kentucky Revised  Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the administrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of\nthis section shall be null, void, and unenforceable as of April 12, 2022.\n(3) Contrary provisions of any  section of the Kentucky Revised  Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the administrative body shall be prohibited from promulgating\nan administrative regulation that is identical to, or substantially the same  as,\nthe administrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this section for a\nperiod beginning on January 4, 2022, and concluding on June 1, 2023.\n(4) The administrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this section shall\nbe  available to the public, in the office of the Legislative Research\nCommission's regulations compiler.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=52286","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:31Z","sha256":"4b9b0b5199b4d8baa43b9f8e76df7f5f78fb990d91ad3bce8ed9c4db3b66657e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.3441","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.3443"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
