{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.3443","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.3443","heading":"Unenforceability of 803 KAR 1:006, Employer -Employee Relationship,","body":"as of March 29, 2023.\n(1) The General Assembly finds that 803 KAR 1:006, Employer -Employee\nRelationship, was found deficient but became effective notwithstanding the finding\nof d eficiency pursuant to KRS 13A.330, on or after April 14, 2022, and before\nMarch 30, 2023, as evidenced by records of the Legislative Research Commission.\n(2) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the administr ative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this\nsection, including any subsequently filed amendment, shall be null, void, and\nunenforceable as of March 29, 2023.\n(3) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the administrative body shall be prohibited from promulgating an\nadministrative regulation that is identical to, or substantially the same as, the\nadministrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this section for a period\nbeginning on January 3, 2023, and concluding on June 1, 2024.\n(4) The administrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this section shall be\navailable to the public, in the office of the Legislative Research Commission's\nregulations compiler.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=53569","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:31Z","sha256":"3677c5799526c146d4addaa4eee94d76a52c285e1130cd49f39f7a56eed6899e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.3442","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.3444"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
