{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.3445","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.3445","heading":"Unenforceability of proposed amendment to 201 KAR 2:380, Board","body":"Authorized Protocols, as of March 29, 2023.\n(1) The General Assembly finds that the proposed emergency amendment of 201 KAR\n2:380, Board Authorized Protocols, was found deficient pur suant to KRS 13A.030,\non or after April 14, 2022, and before March 30, 2023, as evidenced by the records\nof the Legislative Research Commission.\n(2) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the proposed emergency  amendment referenced in subsection (1)\nof this section shall be null, void, and unenforceable as of March 29, 2023.\n(3) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the administrative body shall be prohibited from p romulgating an\nadministrative regulation that is identical to, or substantially the same as, the\nproposed emergency amendment referenced in subsection (1) of this section for a\nperiod beginning on January 3, 2023, and concluding on June 1, 2024.\n(4) The pr oposed emergency amendment referenced in subsection (1) of this section\nshall be available to the public, in the office of the Legislative Research\nCommission's regulations compiler.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=53571","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:31Z","sha256":"329a923aa55f9ae7469b3140768f1fc5e22608995e8fe8abb4032746665751a8","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.3444","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.3446"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
