{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.3446","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.3446","heading":"Unenforceability of 201 KAR 23:170, Telehealth and Social Work","body":"Practice, as of April 12, 2024.\n(1) The General Assembly finds that the proposed administrative regulation, 201 KAR\n23:170, Telehealth and Social Work Practice, was found deficient pu rsuant to KRS\n13A.030, on or after March 30, 2023, and before April 15, 2024, as evidenced by\nthe records of the Legislative Research Commission.\n(2) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding:\n(a) If the proposed a dministrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this\nsection has not been adopted on or before April 12, 2024, the proposed\nadministrative regulation shall expire as of April 12, 2024; or\n(b) If the proposed administrative regulation referenced in  subsection (1) of this\nsection has been adopted on or before April 12, 2024, the administrative\nregulation shall be null, void, and unenforceable as of April 12, 2024.\n(3) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the administrative body shall be prohibited from promulgating an\nadministrative regulation that is identical to, or substantially the same as, the\nproposed administrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this section for a\nperiod beginning on January 2, 2024, and concluding on June 1, 2025.\n(4) The proposed administrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this section\nshall be available to the public, in the office of the Legislative Research\nCommission's regulations compiler.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=54586","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:31Z","sha256":"b77e9b05dd47f4413b640a44a573f3441461acd641247749917d86c10a7e1178","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.3445","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.3447"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
