{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.3448","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.3448","heading":"Unenforceability of 907 KAR 1:044 and 907 KAR 15:005 as of March 27,","body":"2025.\n(1) The General Assembly finds that proposed ordinary amendments of the following\nadministrative regulations were found deficient pursuant to KRS 13A.030, and then\nlater withdrawn by the administrative body, on or after April 15, 2024, and before\nMarch 30, 2025, as evidenced by the records of the Legislative Research\nCommission:\n(a) 907 KAR 1:044, Coverage Provisions and Requirements Regarding\nCommunity Mental Health Center Behavioral Health Services; and\n(b) 907 KAR 15:005, Definitions for 907 KAR Chapter 15.\n(2) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the proposed ordinary amendments referenced in subsection (1) of\nthis section shall be null, void, and unenforceable as of March 27, 2025.\n(3) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the administrative body shall be prohibited from promulgating\nadministrative regulations that are ident ical to, or substantially the same as, the\nproposed amendments referenced in subsection (1) of this section for a period\nbeginning on January 7, 2025, and concluding on June 1, 2026.\n(4) The proposed amendments referenced in subsection (1) of this section shall be\navailable to the public, in the office of the Legislative Research Commission's\nregulations compiler.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=55982","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:31Z","sha256":"27db3daf3530b38c3646e05e9f20c4431a62833dd8819f6b2cc9929851accacd","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.3447","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.3449"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
