{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.3449","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.3449","heading":"Unenforceability of 405 KAR 10:001, 405 KAR 10:015, and 808 KAR","body":"3:050 as of March 27, 2025.\n(1) The General Assembly finds that proposed ordinary amendments of the following\nadministrative regulations were found deficient pursuant to KRS 13A.0 30, on or\nafter April 15, 2024, and before March 30, 2025, as evidenced by the records of the\nLegislative Research Commission:\n(a) 405 KAR 10:001, Definitions for 405 KAR Chapter 10;\n(b) 405 KAR 10:015, General Bonding Provisions; and\n(c) 808 KAR 3:050, Conduct of Credit Unions.\n(2) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the proposed ordinary amendments referenced in subsection (1) of\nthis section shall be null, void, and unenforceable as of March 27, 2025.\n(3) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the administrative body shall be prohibited from promulgating\nadministrative regulations that are identical to, or substantially the same as, the\nproposed amendments refer enced in subsection (1) of this section for a period\nbeginning on January 7, 2025, and concluding on June 1, 2026.\n(4) The proposed amendments referenced in subsection (1) of this section shall be\navailable to the public, in the office of the Legislative R esearch Commission's\nregulations compiler.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=55983","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:31Z","sha256":"4128c711502a947a977a3597c6ac4900b52f665f4f48d7fc6cfc8bec4cd6a066","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.3448","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.345"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
