{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.3451","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.3451","heading":"Unenforceability of 907 KAR 23:010 as of April 14, 2026.","body":"(1) The General Assembly finds that the proposed ordinary amendment to 907 KAR\n23:010, Outpatient Pharmacy Program, was found deficient pursuant to KRS\n13A.030, on or after March 28, 2025, and before April 15, 2026, as evidenced by\nthe records of the Legislative Research Commission.\n(2) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding:\n(a) If the proposed ordinary amendment referenced in subsection (1) of this\nsection has not been adopted on or before April 14, 2026, the propo sed\nordinary amendment shall expire as of April 14, 2026; or\n(b) If the proposed ordinary amendment referenced in subsection (1) of this\nsection has been adopted on or before April 14, 2026, the administrative\nregulation, including any subsequently filed a mendments, shall be null, void,\nand unenforceable as of April 14, 2026.\n(3) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the administrative body shall be prohibited from promulgating an\nadministrative regulation that  is identical to, or substantially the same as, the\nproposed amendment referenced in subsection (1) of this section for a period\nbeginning on January 6, 2026, and concluding on June 1, 2027.\n(4) The proposed amendment referenced in subsection (1) of this s ection shall be\navailable to the public, in the office of the Legislative Research Commission's\nregulations compiler.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=56924","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:31Z","sha256":"2caeafbb6b4dbfe211b187112b1ecfdc7b340b373e8a648de2f1a547389f0dc3","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.345","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.3452"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
