{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.3453","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.3453","heading":"Unenforceability of 601 KAR 9:120 and Emergency, 902 KAR 55:110,","body":"and 922 KAR 1:565 as of April 14, 2026.\n(1) The General Assembly finds that the following proposed administrative regulations\nwere found deficient pursuant to KRS 13A.030, on or af ter March 28, 2025, and\nbefore April 15, 2026, as evidenced by the records of the Legislative Research\nCommission:\n(a) 601 KAR 9:120 and Emergency, Accessible online insurance verification\nsystem;\n(b) 902 KAR 55:110, Monitoring system for prescription cont rolled substances;\nand\n(c) 922 KAR 1:565, Service array for a relative or fictive kin caregiver.\n(2) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the proposed administrative regulations referenced in subsection\n(1) of this section shall be null, void, and unenforceable as of April 14, 2026.\n(3) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes\nnotwithstanding, the administrative body shall be prohibited from promulgating\nadministrative regulations th at are identical to, or substantially the same as, the\nproposed administrative regulations referenced in subsection (1) of this section for a\nperiod beginning on January 6, 2026, and concluding on June 1, 2027.\n(4) The proposed administrative regulations r eferenced in subsection (1) of this section\nshall be available to the public, in the office of the Legislative Research\nCommission's regulations compiler.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=56926","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:31Z","sha256":"25db35db0f62b6878e53f47043d65633795a5ebf601c5c792c21adc8a7ac5b7b","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.3452","next":"us-ky/krs-13a.346"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
