{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13a.350","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13A.350","heading":"Application of chapter.","body":"(1) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all grants of authority to promulgate\nadministrative regulations and no administrative regulation shall be promulgated or\nadopted unless in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.\n(2) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all other acts passed by the 1984\nSession of the General Assembly.\n(3) Any grant of authority for an administrative body to promulgate rules or standards is\nrepealed, unless authorized by this chapter.\n(4) Any grant of authority  for an administrative body to promulgate administrative\nregulations which is in conflict with the provisions of this chapter shall be repealed\nto the extent that it conflicts with the provisions of this chapter, regardless of\nwhether the grant of authority is broader than that contained in this chapter.\n(5) Any existing statute and any act passed by the 1984 Session of the General\nAssembly which is in conflict with the provisions of this chapter is repealed to the\nextent of the conflict.","path":["KRS Chapter 13A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=783","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:31Z","sha256":"3492574abcd31974523e7cb77ce4837ec43b2b3b4d3960d207de5a2e05f3754f","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13a.347","next":"us-ky/krs-13b.005"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
