{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-13b.130","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 13B.130","heading":"Official record of hearing.","body":"In each administrative hearing, an agency shall keep an official record of the proceedings\nwhich shall consist of:\n(1) All notices, pleadings, motions, and intermediate rulings;\n(2) Any prehearing orders;\n(3) Evidence received and considered;\n(4) A statement of matters officially noticed;\n(5) Proffers of proof and objections and rulings thereon;\n(6) Proposed findings, requested orders, and exemptions;\n(7) A copy of the recommended order, exceptions filed to the recommended order, and\na copy of the final order;\n(8) All requests by the hearing officer for an extension of time, and the response of the\nagency head;\n(9) Ex parte communications placed upon the record by the hearing officer; and\n(10) A recording or transcript of the proceedings.","path":["KRS Chapter 13B"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=798","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:31Z","sha256":"18aaa17224553f9249140d8bbba2fd43f52be930f9478ccfc0edcfbaad051a05","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-13b.125","next":"us-ky/krs-13b.140"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
