(See LRC Note below)\n(1) Nothing in KRS 141.500 to 141.528 shall be deemed to limit the independence or\nautonomy of an education service provider or to make the actions of an education\nservice provider the actions of the state government.\n(2) Nothing in KRS 141.500 to 141.528 shall be construed to expand the regulatory\nauthority of the state, its officers, or any county school distr ict to impose any\nadditional regulation of education service providers beyond those necessary to\nenforce the requirements of the EOA program.\n(3) An education service provider that accepts payment from an EOA pursuant to KRS\n141.500 to 141.528 is not an agent of the state or federal government.\n(4) An education service provider shall not be required to alter its creed, practices,\nadmissions policy, or curriculum in order to accept payments from an EOA.","path":["KRS Chapter 141"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=51415","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:35Z","sha256":"566559ace1e92c11cbf0d6ecd85a9bd4b1bb29e7bba5740a04aa58d52d25a4fd","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-141.518","next":"us-ky/krs-141.522"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
