{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-146.350","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 146.350","heading":"Enforcement.","body":"It shall be the duty of the cabinet's Office of Legal Services, or upon the secretary's\nrequest, of the Attorney General, to bring an action for the recovery of the penalties\nprovided for in KRS 146.990 and to bring an action for a restraining order, tempo rary or\npermanent injunction, for the prevention or correction of a condition constituting or\nthreatening to constitute a violation of KRS 146.200 to 146.619. All actions for injunctive\nrelief for violation of KRS 146.200 to 146.619 shall be brought in the  name of the\nCommonwealth of Kentucky by the cabinet's Office of Legal Services, or upon the\nsecretary's request, by the Attorney General in the Franklin Circuit Court.
