{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-146.460","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 146.460","heading":"Public register of natural areas.","body":"The office shall establish and publish a public register of natural areas which shall include\nareas other than nature preserves considered by the office to be particularly worthy of\npreservation for the public purposes of present and future scientific rese arch, education,\nscenic and aesthetic enjoyment or which provide habitat and protection for plant and\nanimal species and communities and other natural features.
