{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-146.990","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 146.990","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) Any person, corporation, city, county or other governmental subdivision who\nviolates any of the provisions of KRS 146.200 to 146.360 shall be liable to a civil\npenalty of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for said violation and in\naddition may be enjoined from continuing said violation. Each day upon which such\nviolation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.\n(2) Any person who trespasses on private land within the boundary of a designated wild\nriver shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be subject\nto a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).\n(3) Violations of KRS 146.410 to 146.530 or of any rule or regulation adopted and\npublished by the office pursuant to the provisions of KRS 146.410 to 146.530, shall\nbe subject to the penalties and sanctions presently provided for in KRS Chapter 224\nor as may be amended.","path":["KRS Chapter 146"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=47564","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:38Z","sha256":"f637e848fd5f51606a72b93d674ea1b91b360554eeac6ec093e2ba3d7178e585","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-146.666","next":"us-ky/krs-147.010"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
