{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-147a.164","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 147A.164","heading":"Annual report.","body":"By December 1, 2023, and annually thereafter until December 1, 2026, the Department\nfor Local Government shall prepare an annual report of the Government Resources\nAccelerating Needed Transformation Program to be submitted to the Governor and the\nInterim J oint Committee on Economic Development and Workforce Investment and\nmake it available on the Department for Local Government's website. The annual report\nshall include but not be limited to the following:\n(1) A summary of grant applications received and re levant statistics relating to actions\ntaken by the department and grants awarded, including the applicant, award\namount, and the purpose of the funding;\n(2) The detailed report of expenditures for the administration of the program prepared\nunder KRS 147A.158(8);\n(3) The current balance of the Government Resources Accelerating Needed\nTransformation Program fund;\n(4) Recommendations regarding appropriations to the Government Resources\nAccelerating Needed Transformation Program fund for the upcoming fiscal yea r;\nand\n(5) Recommendations for legislation or policy actions needed to facilitate greater\nreceipt of grant funding to priority communities.","path":["KRS Chapter 147A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=54197","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:39Z","sha256":"e6ed7952339691a2f231fbc131a8a8ac94f9a52d121bc628f51b4f7d6e6b8e0e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-147a.162","next":"us-ky/krs-147a.166"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
