{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-147a.325","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 147A.325","heading":"Certification of qualified community foundation, county -specific","body":"component, or affiliate community foundation -- Commission to maintain and\npublish list of certified entities -- Biennial review -- Administrative regulations.\n(1) In order to receive g rants from the fund under KRS 147A.320, a qualified\ncommunity foundation, county -specific component fund, or affiliate community\nfoundation shall substantially comply with the national standards for community\nfoundations established by the National Council on Foundations, and be certified by\nthe commission. The commission may charge a nonrefundable administrative fee to\ncover the costs associated with the certification process, not to exceed one thousand\ndollars ($1,000) per certification application.\n(2) The commission shall:\n(a) Maintain a current list of all qualified community foundations, county-specific\ncomponent funds, and affiliate community foundations which are certified.\nThis list shall be:\n1. Published on a Web site which is accessible to the general public; and\n2. Provided to the Department for Local Government and the Department\nof Revenue; and\n(b) Perform a biennial review of each qualified community foundation, county -\nspecific component fund, and affiliate community foundation which has been\ncertified to ensure that it remains in compliance with all requirements\nmandated by this section or by administrative regulation.\n(3) The commission may promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with\nKRS Chapter 13A to administer this section.","path":["KRS Chapter 147A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=1670","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:40Z","sha256":"c47f2e22477abf33793c117760cf42a640d4ad1fd621dd5417adb47e16050e4c","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-147a.320","next":"us-ky/krs-147a.330"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
