{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-148.0211","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 148.0211","heading":"Resident veteran who  was a prisoner of war exempt from camping","body":"fees.\n(1) Any veteran who has been a prisoner of war, was honorably discharged from\nthe military forces, and is a resident of this state is exempt from camping fees\nin parks or campgrounds  owned  or operated by the Commonwealth  of\nKentucky.\n(2) To claim the exemption provided for by subsection (1) of this section, a veteran\nshall forward:\n(a) A copy of his separation form from military service; or\n(b) A  letter from one  (1) of the military forces or the United States\nDepartment of Veterans Affairs; and\n(c) Written proof of residence to the Department of Parks.
