{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-148.0224","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 148.0224","heading":"Revenue  bonds and revenue refunding bonds.","body":"(1) Revenue  bonds and revenue refunding bonds of the authority issued under\nKRS  148.0221 to 148.0225 do not constitute a debt of the Commonwealth  or of\nany political subdivision of the Commonwealth  or a pledge of the faith and\ncredit of the Commonwealth  or of any political subdivision, but the bonds shall\nbe payable solely from the funds provided for in KRS  148.0221 to 148.0225\nfrom revenues resulting from the issuance of bonds.\n(2) All bonds shall contain on the face of the bond a statement to the effect that\nneither the Commonwealth  nor any political subdivision of the Commonwealth\nis obligated to pay the bond or the interest on the bond, except from revenues\nof the recreational project or projects for which they are issued, and that neither\nthe faith or credit nor the taxing power of the Commonwealth  or any political\nsubdivision of the Commonwealth  is pledged to the payment of the principal or\nthe interest on the bonds.","path":["KRS Chapter 148"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=46866","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:50:40Z","sha256":"8336eb8e7d8b8c1729603c3fbbbff7479a65db644363895fb4269885c9772375","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-148.0223","next":"us-ky/krs-148.0225"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
