{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-148.230","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 148.230","heading":"State agencies to cooperate with Breaks Interstate Park Commission --","body":"Powers of State Property and Buildings Commission.\n(1) All governmental agencies of the Commonwealth of Kentucky are authorized to\ncooperate with the Breaks Interstate Park Commissi on created by the compact\napproved by KRS 148.220, it being the policy of this Commonwealth to perform\nand carry out the compact and to accomplish the purposes thereof.\n(2) The Finance and Administration Cabinet is authorized to allot funds appropriated\nby the General Assembly and the State Property and Buildings Commission is\nauthorized to make appropriations to the Breaks Interstate Park Commission for the\nsame purposes it is authorized to make expenditures for other state agencies.
