{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-148.258","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 148.258","heading":"Definitions for KRS 148.258 to 148.320.","body":"As used in KRS 148.258 to 148.320:\n(1) \"Commission\" means the \"Kentucky Horse Park Commission\" unless the context\nclearly indicates otherwise;\n(2) \"Emergency\" means an incident or situation which impedes the operations of the\nKentucky Horse Park, or poses a major threat to the public safety of any guest,\nemployee, or equine population of the Kentucky Horse Park; and\n(3) \"Solely for administrative purposes\" means for those limited functions and purposes\nexpressly requested by the commission to be performed by the Tourism, Arts and\nHeritage Cabinet.
