{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-148.285","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 148.285","heading":"Duties of commission.","body":"The commission shall:\n(1) Formulate policies and procedures as necessary to carry out the provisions of KRS\n148.258 to 148.320;\n(2) Promulgate administrative regulations as necessary to carry out the provisions of\nKRS 148.258 to 148.320;\n(3) Annually provide the Interim Joint Commi ttee on Tourism, Small Business, and\nInformation Technology a report by November 1 showing the status of the horse\nindustry within the Commonwealth and recommend any action necessary to\npreserve and strengthen that industry; and\n(4) Employ staff personnel, if any, as it may deem necessary to implement the business\nof the commission and the intent of KRS 148.258 to 148.320.
