{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-148.300","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 148.300","heading":"Control of activities on park grounds -- Liens against exhibitors and others","body":"-- Enforcement of liens.\n(1) The commission shall have exclusive control of concessions, exhibitions, shows,\nentertainments and attractions at any place on the State Horse Pa rk grounds, and\nmay under the direction of the commission operate any or all of such activities, by\nlaw.\n(2) The commission shall have a prior lien upon the property of any concessionaire,\nexhibitor or person, immediately upon its coming or being brought o n the grounds\nto secure existing or future indebtedness.\n(3) Any designated employee or agent of the commission may sell the property to\nsatisfy the indebtedness after giving ten (10) days' notice to the owner or agent of\nthe owner or, if notice cannot be given to the owner, after a notice is posted for ten\n(10) days in the office of the commission on the grounds, announcing that the\nproperty is to be sold.
