This shall be a trust and agency fund account maintained and disbursed by the\nTourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet to carry out the purposes of KRS 148.870 to 148.892,\nafter appropriations are made for administration and other expenses and purposes\nprovided in KRS 148.870 to 148.892.
