It\nmay lease lands suitable for the purpose of growing timber and adapted to the propagation\nof game and wild animals. Such leases shall be for a term of not less than twenty (20) nor\nmore than one hundred (100) years, and the rental shall not exceed the amount of state,\ncounty and school taxes on the property. The rentals shall be paid not later than December\n31 in each year, out of funds accruing to the Energy and Environment Cabinet.
