{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-149.093","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 149.093","heading":"Citation or ticket given violators in lieu of arrest.","body":"If the violation of any section of this chapter is a misdemeanor and is committed in the\npresence of a forest warden or other law enforcement officer, and there are reasonable\ngrounds to believe that the person being cited will appear to answer the charge,  the\nwarden or officer may, in lieu of a physical arrest directed by KRS 149.090, issue a\ncitation as authorized by KRS 431.015, 431.450, 431.452, and 431.455.
