{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-149.315","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 149.315","heading":"Operative date of compact -- Exchange of official documents.","body":"When the Governor shall have executed a compact, as authorized by KRS 149.310, on\nbehalf of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and shall have caused a verified copy thereof\nto be filed with the Secretary of State, and when said compact shall have been ratified b y\none or more of the states named in KRS 149.310, then said compact shall become\noperative and effective as between the Commonwealth of Kentucky and such other state\nor states.
