No fee\n(u) Certificate of association .............................................................................$ 15\n(2) (a) The Secretary of State shall collect a fee of fifteen dollars ($15) with respect\nto each annual report or amendment thereto.\n(b) Notwithstanding paragraph (a) of this subsection, a veteran -owned business\norganized after August 1, 2018, is exempt from paying the fee for filing an\nannual report or amendment thereto for the first four (4) years after its initia l\norganization, but is not exempt from any filing requirement or deadline for\nfiling an annual report.\n(3) The Secretary of State shall collect a fee of ten dollars ($10) each time process is\nserved on him or her under this chapter. The party to a proceedi ng causing service\nof process shall be entitled to recover this fee as costs if he prevails in the\nproceeding.\n(4) The Secretary of State shall collect the following fees for copying and certifying the\ncopy of any filed document relating to a domestic or foreign entity:\n(a) Five dollars ($5) per request for the first five (5) pages and fifty cents ($0.50)\na page for each page thereafter; and\n(b) Five dollars ($5) for the certificate.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=50475","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:32Z","sha256":"23aed452da931228269a90c438bc829743e4540c2619d3205d72b35683385fbe","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-14a.2-050","next":"us-ky/krs-14a.2-070"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
