{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-14a.5-010","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 14A.5-010","heading":"Statement of change of principal office.","body":"(1) An entity required in its organizational filing to identify its principal office or a\nforeign entity qualified to transact business that changes the mailing address of its\nprincipal office shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing, on a form suppl ied\nby the Secretary of State, a statement of change that sets forth:\n(a) The name of the entity or foreign entity;\n(b) The address of its principal office prior to the change; and\n(c) The new principal office address.\n(2) Subsection (1) of this section sh all apply to a statement of registration as a limited\nliability partnership filed pursuant to KRS 382.335 or statements filed pursuant to\nKRS Chapter 362.1.\n(3) Subsection (1) of this section shall apply to a change in the designated office of a\nlimited partnership.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=36554","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:32Z","sha256":"fd1a72acd8bc8c391670f909d616f4dde77b6e3930617acbfdfb8498c8e37533","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-14a.4-060","next":"us-ky/krs-14a.6-010"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
