{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-14a.7-010","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 14A.7-010","heading":"Grounds for administrative dissolution.","body":"(1) The Secretary of State may commence a proceeding to administratively dissolve an\nentity:\n(a) If the entity does not deliver for filing its annual report with the Secretary of\nState by the due date thereof;\n(b) If the entity is without a registered office o r registered agent in this state for\nsixty (60) days or more;\n(c) If the entity does not notify the Secretary of State within sixty (60) days that\nits registered office or registered agent has been changed, that its registered\noffice has been discontinued or that its registered agent has resigned; or\n(d) For such other reasons as are provided in this chapter or the organic law\ngoverning the entity.\n(2) Subsection (1)(a) of this section shall not apply to any entity not obligated to file an\nannual report.\n(3) Subsection (1)(b) and (c) of this section shall not apply to any entity that is not\nobligated to maintain a registered office and agent.","path":[],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=36556","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:32Z","sha256":"3be9833ed466d8ea66bb91b4dce410d43f743bdf117ac5019dcb0c9ed4d4be6b","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-14a.6-010","next":"us-ky/krs-14a.7-020"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
